The investment manager for the Tosca (AF) Fund (ARSN 657 974 662) (Fund) is Toscafund Australia Pty Ltd ACN 164 204 728 (Toscafund).
The Fund is an open ended Australian managed investment scheme.
The Fund aims to achieve medium term capital appreciation through its investment in the Tosca UCITS Fund managed by Tosacafund Asset Management LLP.
Toscafund will pursue the Fund’s investment objective by investing all of the Fund’s Investable Assets in the Tosca UCITS Fund.
The Tosca UCITS Fund predominately invests in companies in the financial services sector listed or traded on a Recognised Market, through deploying a long/short investment strategy.
This investment is currently available to Advised Retail Investors and Wholesale Investors only (as defined by the Corporations Act).
