The Condell Park Industrial Property Trust (the Trust) was established to acquire a warehouse complex in Condell Park, which is a prime industrial suburb 30 kilometres south west of the Sydney CBD.
The modern commercial warehouse and office estate is located at 17 Willfox Street, Condell Park. The property has a 134 metre frontage to Willfox Street which is perpendicular to Eldridge Road, a major thoroughfare for the Condell Park area. This property was built in 2008 and acquired by the Trust in November 2010. The warehouse area consists of 13,538 square metres while the mezzanine office space totals 2,529 square metres.
The Trust was established with the objective to provide investors with regular distributions, an attractive yield and the potential of capital growth during the term of the investment.
The Condell Park Industrial Park consists of ten industrial units plus a cafe. The property is fully leased with the major tenant being Hansells Food Australia Pty Ltd.
