To support our continuing growth, OIG is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.
About you
We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, though this is not a strict requirement. The role will also suit a recent school, TAFE or university leaver.
Your strong work ethic and drive to consistently deliver outstanding service in a timely manner will be highly regarded. You will enjoy working for fast-growing company that often participate in regular social activities.

The position
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO and Head of Client Services.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, from managing office supplies and coordinating meetings to supporting our team with their administrative needs. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will help maintain a productive and professional work environment.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including maintaining the kitchen area and managing the inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence
- Manage office files and records, ensuring they are organised and up to date
- Support the HR and IT department with onboarding new employees
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain office security procedures
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions and meetings
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team and office operations
