Thinktank Income Fund

The Fund is an Australian unit trust (unregistered management investment scheme) available to Wholesale investors only.
The Fund will invest in debt securities (in the form of Income Notes) which provides an underlying exposure to a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential property loans, broker loans and strata loans secured, underwritten, and managed by Thinktank.
Investment Target
The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to achieve or exceed the target distribution yield for each of the classes (see below) by taking exposure to a diversified pool of Loans.
There are three Classes of Units offered with a different target annualised distribution yield:
- a 1 Month Class with a target return of the Benchmark Rate plus 2.00%;
- a 3 Month Class with a target return of the Benchmark Rate plus 2.50%; and
- a 6 Month Class with a target return of the Benchmark Rate plus 3.00%.
