To support our continuing growth, OIG is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Marketing team. This full-time role works closely with the wider team on a range of marketing and client engagement activities.

The position
Working collaboratively with the wider Marketing team, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance OIG’s digital presence across web and social media platforms
- Manage and execute social media campaigns and maintain content calendars
- Monitor digital performance metrics and provide insights to optimise marketing efforts
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress, with a focus on applying SEO best practices
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and analyse performance to improve engagement and conversion
- Maintain and optimise the company’s CRM system, support user engagement and contribute to process improvements using CRM insights
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including webinars and conferences, and coordinate marketing materials and communications
- Assist in the creation of sales pitches and presentation materials aligned with client needs
- Prepare and present marketing updates and performance reports
- Support internal projects including continuous improvement initiatives
- Support planning and promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aligned with company values
- Collaborate with other OIG internal business units to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with relevant business processes and controls, and contribute to risk and compliance matters and reporting
- Proactively contribute to improvements across business processes, management systems and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and controls
- Liaise and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing and client engagement initiatives
About you
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Must have 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience within financial services
- Is a strong communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills
- Is highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Has a proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow
- Is passionate about building a career in financial services marketing and aspires to leadership roles
- Is collaborative and client-focused, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency
What you’ll need to succeed
Applicants with the following skills and experience will be preferred:
- Experience in financial services or investment management
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, Canva)
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn) and content calendars
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and data-drive marketing
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into strategic actions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
