Agricultural Land Trust
One Investment Group - Investors
The Agricultural Land Trust (the Trust) is a registered managed investment scheme.
The Trust was established to focus on the ownership of agricultural property to generate rental income and capital appreciation. Acquisitions were funded through a combination of unit holder equity and debt funding.
Further Information.
The Trust currently owns one asset, an iconic rural property located in Esperance, Western Australia, known as Linkletters Place. The 8,945 hectare site comprises 11 contiguous rural allotments which are mostly occupied by an established Bluegum plantation and includes substantial building infrastructure. At approximately 600mm per year, the area is recognised for its reliable and above average rainfall which, combined with productive soil profiles and quality of properties, makes this an attractive agricultural investment.
Linkletters Place is currently being prepared for remediation, enabling a return to grazing and crop producing activities. Once complete, opportunities for sale or leasing will be assessed.
One Managed Investment Funds Limited acts as responsible entity for the Trust. Members of One Investment Group provide fund administration, custody and sub-trustee services to the Trust.
Additional information can be found in relation to the Trust on the Trust’s website.
