Services
For unregistered managed investment schemes, OIG provides trustee services across a broad range of structures and assets to ensure funds operate within the confines of their trust deed, disclosure documents and the law.

CORPORATE TRUST SERVICES
Custody Services – Employing an independent custodian provides investors with an additional layer of protection and allows investment managers to focus on managing their fund. As an independent custodian, OIG can perform activities such as holding title to assets, entering into contracts and maintaining bank accounts.
Note/Security Trustee – OIG has considerable experience in acting as trustee for retail and wholesale note issues as well as acting as security trustee and/ or a facility agent on behalf of lenders in debt financing structures.
Escrow Agent – OIG is able to provide escrow services to protect your assets during a transaction or dispute or assist with the management of capital calls for fund managers.
Trustee for Employee Share Plans – Employee share plans are a popular way to attract and motivate employees but can place a heavy administrative burden on management. OIG can provide tailored solutions and create employee share and options incentive plans in a favourable tax environment.
